two really quick studies from film screen grabs.

playing with shapes

picked up a little exercise whilst at CTNX. started with the first image, random shapes. went on top to try and make interesting based on a theme. This one, older ladies. I tried to do them VERY quickly, meaning, ugly.

whut...

so i changed the theme on the blog a while ago for a change of pace and it rewarded me by deleting all of my old art. perhaps it was time anyway.

random warm up sketches

caught this lady at the mall, grabbing free refills with her old cup. keeping that hair in place with literally 30 hair clips.
